Since 20th April 2008, NPSS has been providing essential medical equipment for home use to patients who are discharged from hospitals but require temporary medical support at home. The facility offers items such as: Oxygen concentrators and cylinders, Fowler beds, Wheelchairs and walkers, Other essential medical aids.

These items are made available at nominal charges, ensuring accessibility for families from economically weaker sections. This service helps ease the transition from hospital to home care, providing patients with necessary equipment to aid in recovery and improve their quality of life.

Launched in October 2018, the OPD services cater to patients requiring expert consultation across various medical disciplines. Experienced doctors offer consultations in fields such as: Physiotherapy, Orthopaedics, Other specialized fields as per patient needs, The OPD services are provided at subsidized rates, making expert care affordable and accessible to all. The department is well-equipped to handle a range of conditions, offering personalized care and treatment plans.

Community Health Initiatives

In addition to the OPD, NPSS actively organizes health check-up camps, blood donation camps, and other health awareness programs at regular intervals. These initiatives aim to; Promote preventive healthcare practices, Facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, Encourage community participation in health and wellness activities.
